@@Cap10NRGMusic I'm subscribed now. In fact... Yes a have a question. Is it possible to change patches from a MIDI controller using MSB and LSB like is made in hardware synths? Thanks!

It is! :) you just need to setup the controller to send the correct CC’s

So you're saying that you cannot record individual tracks in a live setting with multitrack recording because when one does this it would record track 1 and track 2, onto track 3? Why can't you just press the record button without unmuting any of the tracks?

I've used Reason for 20 years with one keyboard, in Ableton Live it's so easy to select controllers for each instrument/track, but could not figure out how to do this in Reason. Some potential but it certainly needs to be improved. No record? So many steps to just switch controller? Yikes! 🤪 😹 😭 🥳 Thank you!!!

Can you show a hardware setup configuration video to Reason to get this setup? How do you input your midi controllers to your Windows machine?

I have 2 Nektar midi controllers, a P1 (with 8 volume + 1 master volume faders) and a Nektar midi keyboard also with the same number of faders which can be used as channel volume controllers. Is it possible to set up Reason 12, so that I could control 16 channel volumes plus at least 1 master volume at the same time?

Of course, in Reason and MIXER mode (button) on your Nektar midi controller just RIGHT CLICK on the fader you want to control on screen then select 'Edit Remote Override Mapping' this will pop open a small window for you to assign a fader from your midi controller by simply moving the fader on the midi controller and seeing the green bar indicator move on screen tells you it is assigned to that particular parameter(fader), press OK, done. Also, for example, a lot of RE devices are auto assigned in something called Remote Codecs within Reason. Nektar, take advantage of this.. So, if you load up a redrum, rytmik, kong, mixer 14:2 and then press INST on your Nektar midi controller then all faders, buttons and knobs are set up for you without the need to RIGHT CLICK and Edit Remote Override Mapping, although you can still use this to adjust what was auto assigned by Remote Codec mapping. Easy

@@bdxfhsf Thanks for the tip. I already knew about the assign (right click) but never thought about it in the way that you suggested. Once again a big thank you.
