VACUUM TWISTS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR ABS (BEST ABS EXERCISE?) // It’s been called the “best TVA abs exercise” and it’s well known as one of the most effective exercises for your core. In this video, you’ll learn how to use the vacuum twist exercise to strengthen your abs.
You can also use the vacuum twist exercise to flatten your belly, but remember that nutrition plays a big part there as well.
The stomach vacuum, also called the vacuum exercise, is one of the best transverse abdominal exercises. It's important to practice stomach vacuums, the basic vacuum exercise, before moving on to the vacuum twist.
This TVA exercise to strengthen your abs is basically a stomach vacuum with a twist, and it’s sometimes called the stomach vacuum twist. I’ll discuss vacuum twists and diastasis recti and whether you can use the stomach vacuum for diastasis recti.
Although it’s not my favourite tva exercise, you can certainly strengthen your TVA with vacuum twists. I’ve shown a variety of stomach vacuum exercises on my channel so that you’ll have a better idea of the variations of the stomach vacuum exercise.
