Great presentation. Thank you. You mentioned in diagnosing TOS, you don't use arterial ultrasound. May I ask why? and...what are the preferred testings. The patient suffered trauma from MVA forcefully hit from behind. Prior to MVA, unremarkable Aorta. Patient symptoms, swelling down arms/hands/fingers, pain, numbness, tingling, blurred vision, light sensitivity, headaches, body jolting temple popping, dizziness, SLAP/labral tears L shoulder, Supraspinatus partial tear R shoulder, herniations C567, Thoracic stenosis, L345 4mm slip disc, fissural, S1 nerve. Year later, patient presents 4.0 Ascending Aortic Aneurysm, fusiform. Less than three months later, 4.6 . Radial artery mildly reduced flow on ultrasound.
