That person was me! I just checked and found your emails in my junk folder! I’m so sorry. I never saw them and I’m sad I won’t get your book. The address is absolutely correct so I’m not sure what the problem was. Thank you for trying to get hold of me. I’m not sure why the address was showing up as incorrect, nor am I sure why your email didn’t go to my inbox. BTW, my husband and I watch every single video you make and we’ve learned a lot. Thank you for all you do. 😊

It's nice to see that you were able to see this video and solve the mystery! Some email services have pretty unreliable spam filters but it's always a good idea to check your spam folder regularly to make sure good emails didn't get caught in there.

FYI, as I posted in a reply above, it happens all the time. The scam filter didn't recognize the email so marked it as spam, or was close to one they think it it. You should always check it occasionally, ESPECIALLY if you think you may have missed a reply you are waiting on.

There was a period of time in the late 70s to early 80s when a couple of the local supermarkets started staying open all night. It was certainly a lot less crowded at 11 PM... but I can't tell you how many times I would pick out my items and go to the front, only to find NO ONE at any cash register. So I would just yell at the top of my lungs, "WHO WANTS MY MONEY?" That usually got me a shelf-stocker/cashier within seconds.... 😆

The grocery store thing is pretty common. The employee didn't understand what he was supposed to do. Often when a cashier doesn't have customers, but they want ro keep the register open, they might help anothet cashier bagging and return to their register when someone shows up. Sometimes, they might do other tasks that are easy to pause. That's usually happ3ns in nicer stores in nicer area where they try to have a high customer satisfaction and where the vibe is good between employees. More rundown places will just close the register.

I'm less surprised by lights on, nobody home than I was at a Mariano's when I went through the line and found the bagger was actually the manager. I had an in-app coupon that didn't go through and asked the cashier if she knew why. The bagger/manager looked and instructed the cashier to deduct the coupon amount.

I can relate to the person who didn't get their book. The USPS for a while wouldn't sent items if I used "Street" instead of "St" in my address. (Mail was delivered if someone typed in street to mail a package/letter, but not those who used the USPS system.) In a different event, I had email going into my "spam" folder by my email provider. It wasn't until I logged into their system that I realized what had happened, months later, with replies. (They didn't arrive in my email account, it was due to their spam filter at the server blocking replies at their end.)

I'm guessing they don't realize your emails are getting routed into some 'Spam" folder. Another possibility is their email box is full and for some reason the bounced email isn't getting back to you. Less likely, their email host is badly set up so reverse DNS doesn't show their hostname (very unusual, but it does happen, and there are _no_ signs to anyone what the problem is).

Steve, WRONG?! Say it ain't so?!?!? 🤣 My zip code automatically defaults to the town of "Minneapolis", but I live 30+ miles away from there. So "the system" always says my addy + my town + my zip is a bad addy. Asked the P.O. wth? They said, back in the day, that zip code encompassed a large are. My subdivision was built in the 50's? 60's? so all these addresses "kept" that town and zip code for some screwed up reason. The PO calls it a shared zip code. wrf?

I 've had the 'lights on, nobody home' issue various times at several locations of a chain thrift store. Seems if there is no one in line they have the employee deep into the clothing racks tidying them they are unable to see their lane. There have been a few occasions where I have just left what I was going to purchase on the counter and walked out after waiting several minutes. You know, if things change and auto-manufactures stop making lemons on wheels, you could always branch into 'refrigerator lemon law 'cases! The email could end up in their junk folder (which they never check or don't know about or is always full) or for whatever reason their ISP/email provider is blacklisting or shadowbanning (no bounce-back) your email address. Very rare, but I have had it happen to me where I can send emails to a person, but I could never get their emails. As far as editing comments, I am not sure how easy that is to do on a mobile device (being I always use KZitem on a computer not on a rectangle), may be easier just to reply to their own comment.

Come to think about it this happened to me back in December when I had gone under contract with a home builder for this house. My realtor filled out the registration card on my behalf when we toured the community. I don't go by my legal name (she was not aware of this at that time as we had not entered into a contract yet to sell my existing property) and so when the builder sent me the commitment contract to the email I normally use (a Microsoft domain they no longer offer) it was not in my legal name. I sent a reply back telling the sales agent this is not in my legal name and sent a copy of my ID (which they had requested as well). No response. I had to get the contract signed by EOD to avoid losing the lot/house. I ended up texting the sales agent and she says she didn't get it, could I resend it. I resend it, nothing comes back to me, but she did not get it. Finally, I used one my GMAIL accounts and sent it to her and she got it right away. For whatever reason their email sever did not like my 'Microsoft' email address.

The Commemorative Air Force has had some pretty spectacular crashes recently, including one in Connecticut that killed 4 paying passengers and 2 pilots. Most recently they had a midair collision in a Dallas airshow that killed everyone in both aircraft. The NTSB investigation in Connecticut did not look very good for the CAF with lots of corners being cut, including poor maintenance. It's cool they keep the old aircraft going, but not sure if I want to fly with the CAF. So, if the shoe fits, make assumptions and unsubscribe.

I've noticed that gmail is weird when it comes to sending/receiving people's emails. The first one gets sent like normal, but more than once, the second one sent will be sent to the spam folder. It's so weird and irritating because if I get an email from someone, then I assume the "spam detector" will not suddenly switch on and add all the other emails from that person to the spam folder. But no, it happens so often to me, and my brain never learn to check the spam folder.
