215 g warm water 温水
1 tsp active dry yeast 活性干酵母
1 tsp sugar 糖
1 tbsp unflavored olive oil 无味橄榄油
300 g bread flour 高筋面粉
1/4 tsp salt 盐
1/2 cup (100 g) dried cranberries 蔓越莓干
Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
