Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round or oval cutlets.
Coat with Bread Crumbs:
Roll each cutlet in bread crumbs, ensuring an even coating.
Shallow Fry:
Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
Place the cutlets in the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Serve:
Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
