Bombay Masala Sandwich 🥪😋 For potato masala stuffing: 5-6 boiled potatoes Fresh coriander leaves 3-4 green chillies 6-7 garlic cloves 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp coriander powder Salt to taste For green chutney: Check other shorts in our channel for sandwich green chutney recipe For sandwich: 1 pack of Sandwich bread Cheese slices Butter Sliced onions Sliced tomatoes Sliced cucumber Sliced capsicum Recipe: For Potato Masala Stuffing : 1. Boil potatoes and smash them. 2. Roughly grind green chiilies, garlic cloves and fresh coriander leaves and prepare a mixture 3. Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, prepared mixture, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, smashed potatoes and mix well. For Sandwich: 1. Apply butter and green chutney on bread slice, add potato masala stuffing and favourite vegetables like onions, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, etc. 2. Add cheese slice and cover it with another bread slice. 3. Grill it and enjoy!
