Garlic Chana Fry 🔥😋 Ingredients: 1 cup kabuli chana boiled with salt 2 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp refined flour 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp chaat masala 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tbsp chilli powder 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder 10-12 garlic cloves 1 tbsp oil for coating salt as per taste oil for frying Recipe: 1. Wash & Soak chickpeas in water for at least 8 hours 2. add some salt and pressure cook them till 3 whistles, drain and add them in a bowl 3. Add corn flour, refined flour, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, salt red chilli powder, red food colour and oil. Mix well. 4. Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes. 5. Heat oil in a pan fry the garlic cloves until light brown in colour. Remove and keep it aside. 6. Then fry the chanas untill crisp. Remove on a kitchen paper/tissue paper 7. Finally serve chanas on a plate with fried garlic cloves, chat masala if needed and fresh coriander. Enjoy! Thanks for watching!

Viral Korean Style Maggi 🍜 Ingredients : 2 packets maggi 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp chopped spring onion 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp organo 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp soya sauce 1/2 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp oil Recipe: 1. Boil maggi in water for 2 mins. 2. In a mixing bowl add maggi masala, oragano, chilli flakes, soya sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds, chopped spring onion. 3. Heat the oil and add chopped garlic in it, Add the hot garlic oil in mixing bowl and mix everything well. 4. Add boiled maggi, into the mixing bowl mixture and mix it well. Thanks for watching!

Palak Paneer 🍲😋 Ingredients: 150gm fresh palak (spinach) 100gm paneer (cottage cheese) 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp butter 1 onion 1 tomato 10-12 garlic cloves 8-10 cashews 1 inch ginger Fresh coriander 1 curry leaf 2 star anise 2 cloves 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp coriander powder 1/4 tbsp cumin powder 1/2 tbsp garam masala 1 tbsp red chilli powder Salt as per taste 1 tbsp kasuri methi Recipe: 1. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add chopped onion, tomato,garlic cloves, ginger, cashews nuts and mix well, roast for 2-3 min. Add coriander and prepare fine masala paste of everything. 2. In hot water, add spinach, cover it and keep aside for 5 min. Then remove it from water and make paste. 3. In pan add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter, add paneer and roast for 5-6 min. Once roasted, remove it and keep it aside. 4. In same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, curry leaf, star anise, cloves and cumin seeds. Then add prepared masala paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chilli powder, salt as per taste and cook them for 2-3 min. 5. Add spinach paste, mix well and cook for 4-5 min . 6. Add paneer and cook again for 2-3 min. 7. Later, add kasuri methi and serve it with roti or rice.

Street Style Butta 🌽😋 Ingredients: 1 pc fresh sweet corn 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp chat masala salt as per tase Recipe: 1. Roast sweet corn on medium flame. 2. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, chat masala, salt. 3. Cut lemon into half and apply the combined masala with half lemon, squeeze the lemon while applying masala all over the corn.

Sweet Corn Chaat 🌽😋 Ingredients: 1 pc fresh sweet corn 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp chat masala 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 1 tbsp lemon juice Fresh coriander 1/2 tbsp oil 1/2 tbsp butter salt as per tase Recipe: 1. Bring water to boil in a vessel and add salt, corn and boil for 5-6 minutes. 2. In a pan add oil, butter, boiled corn, chilli powder, salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Mix the cooked corns with finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander, lemon juice and chat masala.

Bombay Masala Sandwich 🥪😋 For potato masala stuffing: 5-6 boiled potatoes Fresh coriander leaves 3-4 green chillies 6-7 garlic cloves 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp coriander powder Salt to taste For green chutney: Check other shorts in our channel for sandwich green chutney recipe For sandwich: 1 pack of Sandwich bread Cheese slices Butter Sliced onions Sliced tomatoes Sliced cucumber Sliced capsicum Recipe: For Potato Masala Stuffing : 1. Boil potatoes and smash them. 2. Roughly grind green chiilies, garlic cloves and fresh coriander leaves and prepare a mixture 3. Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, prepared mixture, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, smashed potatoes and mix well. For Sandwich: 1. Apply butter and green chutney on bread slice, add potato masala stuffing and favourite vegetables like onions, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, etc. 2. Add cheese slice and cover it with another bread slice. 3. Grill it and enjoy!

Aamras Ingredients: 5-6 medium mango 1 cup milk 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar Recipe: 1. Rinse the mangoes with water. Peel and chop Mangoes, extract mango pupl in a bowl 2. Blend Mango pulp with powdered sugar and milk 3. Refrigerate the aamras for 15-20 minutes 4. The spicy green chutney is ready. 🔴 Chicken Biryani Ingredients: For Chicken marination- 1kg chicken 2tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/2tbsp turmeric powder 1tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder For Rice and chicken masala ingredients- 350/400 gm basumati long grain rice Fresh coriander 3 tomatos,onions,green chilli (spicy) 4 cloves, 1-2 cinnamon sticks, 5-6 Black pepper, 2-3 chakri phool/badhiyan phool, 2 bay leaves, 3tbsp oil 1tbsp jeera, chilli powder spicy, garam masala,kasuri methi, ghee 1.5 tbsp dhania powder salt per taste Recipe: 1. Marinate chicken- Add chicken, make cuts on big pieces Add 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2tbsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder, salt, black papper powder. Mix well & rest it for 30mins 2. Soak Rice- Wash rice with water 2 times & Soak rice in water, rest it for 30mins 3. Biryani Base and rice masala ingredients preparation- Cut 1 onion in slices for oil fry. Finely chop 2 onions, chop coriander, Cut green chilli in slices. Make 3 tomato gravy, Take 5 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 5 black papper, 2 bay leafs, 3 chakri phool in a small bowl (khada masala bowl) 4. Boil Rice- Add water in a kadai and heat it on High flame, Add all the khada masala from the khada masala bowl. Add chopped coriander, sliced green chilli, 1tbsp salt & Mix well. Wait till water gets boiled. Add soaked rice. Let the rice boil, cook it till it half boil & rinse once the rice is half cooked. Keep the rice water for later use. 5. Barista onion- Add 1/3 cup oil in cooker, Put oil on High flame till we see little smoke. Add sliced onions, switch to medium flame and fry till brown, Take it out on tissue paper 6. Biryani base preparation- In the same oil in cooker (medium flame), Add 1tbsp jeera & finely chopped onions. When onions changes the colour a little add some rice water.Add 1 tsbp chilli powder, also add 1/4tbsp turmeric powder & Add sone water again and let it cook for some more time. Add tomato gravy, salt to taste, Mix it and let it cool in low flame (cook for 4-5 mins), Add 1tbsp garam masala, kasuri methi, 1.5tbsp coriander powder, marinated chicken & switch to high flame. Cook chicken well in the masala on High flame. Switch to medium flame & Add rice water (2 cups or depending on rice quantity), Mix well. Start layering, add rice on chicken, add barista onion on rice, add rest of rice on barista onion, little garam masala, 2tbsp ghee on top of rice, Close cooker lid, keep the flame to medium/low Wait it one whistle & switch off the gas. Biryani is ready 😀

Potato Wedges Ingredients: 4 Large Potatoes 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Flour (all purpose) Oil for deep fry Chaat masala to taste For batter mix: ½ cup Flour (all purpose) ¼ cup Rice flour ¼ cup Corn flour ¼ cup Besan (gram flour) ½ tbsp Chilli flakes ½ tbsp Oregano Coriander chopped ½ tsp Pepper powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder ½ tbsp Butter Water as required Salt per taste Recipe: 1. Wash the potatoes to remove dirt, cut them into large wedges and put them in cold water for an hour to remove excess starch. 2. Boil water in a vessel, add salt and cook the potato wedges till they are half cooked. 3. Remove them into a strainer and let it cool completely. 4. Sprinkle all purpose flour over potatoes and mix well. 5. For the batter mix, add all the ingredients mentioned under batter mix ingredients above. 6. Dip them in the batter mix and deep fry them in hot oil till crisp. 7. Everyday Iced coffee Ingredients: For Coffee Syrup- 1 cup Water 1/2 cup Coffee powder 1.5 cup sugar For Iced Coffee- 3 tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup 4-5 Ice cubes 1/2 tbsp fresh Cream 1 cup Milk For garnish- Chocolate/choco chip Coffee powder Recipe: For Coffee Syrup- 1. In a vessel, add water, instant coffee powder, sugar and let it cook for a some time. 2. Once sugar gets melted, switch off the flame. Transfer it into a bowl and let it cool down at room temperature. 3. This coffee syrup can be stored in a refrigerator for longer use. For Iced Coffee- 1. In a container, add coffee syrup, ice cubes, fresh cream, and milk. 2. Cover it with a lid and shake well. 3. In a pan add butter, once it melted, add chopped onion and saute until translucent. 2. Add tomatos, green chilli and saute well. 3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,garam masala, coriander powder, Ginger garlic paste, mix well and cook on medium flame. 4. Add water and mix it well. 5. Add grated boiled eggs, coriander leaves and mix everything well. 6. Transfer it into serving dish 7. 🔴 KFC style Chicken Popcorn at home 😋🍗 Ingredients: For chicken marination: 300g chicken breast bite size pieces 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 1tbsp vinegar 1tbsp soy sauce 1tsp red chilli powder 2 eggs salt per taste For chicken coating: 4tbsp crushed corn flakes 4tbsp all purpose flour 2tbsp corn starch 1/2 tsp chili flakes 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp oregano salt per taste Recipe: 1. Mix chicken with salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, vinager, soya sauce and keep aside for 15 min, 2. Whisk eggs, keep aside. 3. Mix all dry ingredients for chicken coating (corn flakes, all purpose flour, corn starch, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, oregano, salt) and keep aside. 4. Take each chicken piece, dip in egg, then in dry flour mixture. 5. Heat oil for deep frying. Pour chicken pieces one by one. Don't touch the pieces until 2 min. 6. Flip the pieces. Fry on low heat for 5-6 min or fry until they turn nice golden in colour.

Veg chow mein Ingredients: For boiling noodles: 2packs noodles 2ltr water 1tbsp salt 2tbsp oil For chow Mein: 3tbsp oil 2 sliced onions 5-6 chopped Garlic cloves 3 chopped green chillies 1 inch chopped ginger 1 sliced yellow bell pepper 1 sliced capsicum 1 cup sliced cabbage 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce 1/2 tbsp soya sauce spring onions For sauce mixture: 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp green chilli sauce 1 tbsp soya sauce 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp corn floor For powdered spices: 1/2 tbsp garam masala 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Recipe: For Boiling Noodles: 1. In a large pot heat water, salt and bring it to a boil then add the noodles and let it cook. 2. Once cooked noodles remove in a strainer and apply oil and keep aside. For Powdered Spices: In a bowl add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and mix everything then keep aside for later use. For Sauces Mixture: In a bowl add vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, powdered sugar, corn flour and mix everything and keep aside for later use. For Chow Mein: 1. In a pan heat oil and add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute for a few seconds. 2. Now add yellow bell pepper, capsicum, cabbage and saute for a minute on high heat. 3. Then add boiled noodles, prepared sauces mixture, spices mixture, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and toss it properly until well mixed. 4. Continue cooking for a minute then switch off the flames and add spring onions. 5. Garnish it with spring onion and serve.

Tandoori Chicken in Air Fryer Ingredients: 500gm chicken 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp salt 1/2 cup curd 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp garam masala, coriander powder, chat masala, jeera powder, corn flour 2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder 1 tbsp kasuri methi 1.5 tbsp oil 1/2 tbsp chilli powder (optional) Recipe: 1. Wash chicken pieces with water. Prepare first marination with lemon juice and salt, rest the chicken with first marination for 20mins. After 20 mins remove the excess water. 2. For second marination, take a mixing bowl and add curd, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, kashmiri chilli powder (for colour), kasuri methi, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder (for spice/optional), corn flour, oil and salt as per taste. Mix well and prepare a thick paste. 3. Apply the second marination, and rest the chicken for at least 4-6 hours (or overnight). 4. Cook chicken in the air fryer at 200C for 18-20mins, don’t forget to flip the chicken pieces after 10mins. डिश: एयर फ्रायर में तंदूरी चिकन सामग्री: 500 ग्राम चिकन 2 बड़े चम्मच नींबू का रस 1 बड़ा चम्मच नमक 1/2 कप दही 2 बड़े चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच गरम मसाला, धनिया पाउडर, चाट मसाला, जीरा पाउडर, कॉर्न फ्लोर 2 बड़े चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 बड़ा चम्मच कसूरी मेथी 1.5 बड़े चम्मच तेल 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच मिर्च पाउडर (आवश्यकता के अनुसार) रेसिपी: १. चिकन को पानी से धोएँ, नींबू का रस और नमक से पहली मरिनेशन तैयार करें, चिकन को पहले मरिनेशन के साथ 20 मिनट के लिए रखे, 20 मिनट बाद अतिरिक्त पानी हटा दें २. दूसरी मरिनेशन के लिए, एक मिक्सिंग बाउल में दही, गरम मसाला, धनिया पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, चाट मसाला, कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर (रंग के लिए), कसूरी मेथी, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, लाल मिर्च पाउडर (आवश्यकता के अनुसार), कॉर्न फ्लोर, तेल और स्वादानुसार नमक डालें. अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं और एक गाढ़ा पेस्ट तैयार करें ३. दूसरे मरिनेशन चिकन को लगाएं, और कम से कम 4-6 घंटे (या रात भर) के लिए रखे ४. चिकन को एयर फ्रायर में 200C पर 18-20 मिनट के लिए पकाएँ, 10 मिनट के बाद चिकन को फ्लिप करना न भूलें.

Dish: Mango Bhapa Doi 🥭 Ingredients: 400ml Fresh Curd/Dahi 150-200gm Mango Pulp 200gm Condensed Milk 1/2 tbsp ghee Few Almonds, Cashews Recipe: 1. Pour the fresh curd in a bowl lined cloth. Tie the ends of the cloth together and keep it in strainer. 2. Once all the excess water has been removed, creamy thick curd (hung curd) would be ready 3. Empty the hung curd a blender jar, add mango pulp, condensed milk and blend it. 4. Pour it into tiffin box (apply ghee) or clay pots and steam for 30mins on medium flame. 5. Switch of the flame, Let it cool down to room temperature. 6. Keep it in fridge until ready to serve, garnish with chopped almonds and cashews. डिश: आम भापा दोई सामग्री: ४०० मि.ली. ताजा दही १५०-२०० ग्राम आम का पल्प २०० ग्राम कंडेंस्ड मिल्क १/२ बड़ा चम्मच घी कुछ बादाम, काजू रेसिपी: १. एक कटोरे में ताजा दही डालें और उसे कपड़े से ढक दें, कपडे के दोनों छोरों को बांधकर उसे एक छलनी में रखें २. सभी अतिरिक्त पानी को हटाने के बाद, मलाईदार दही (हंग कर्ड) तैयार हो जाएगी ३. हंग कर्ड को ब्लेंडर जार में खाली करें, उसमें आम का पल्प, कंडेंस्ड मिल्क डालें और इसे ब्लेंड करें ४. इसे टिफिन बॉक्स (घी लगाकर) या मिट्टी के बर्तन में डालें और मध्यम आंच पर ३० मिनट के लिए भाप में पकाएं ५. आग बंद करें, उसे रूम के तापमान तक ठंडा होने दें ६. सर्व करने के पहले फ्रिज में रखें, कटे हुए बादाम और काजू से सजाएं

Dish: Dal khichdi Ingredients: 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ghee 1 tbsp jeera 2 red chillies 2 green chilies 5,6 chopped garlic cloves 2 sliced onions 2 chopped tomatos 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp turmeric 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp red chili powder 1/2 tbsp cumin powder 1/2 tbsp garam masala 1 cup mixed dal 1 cup rice Recipe: 1. Soak your favourite dal in water for 30mins. 2. In pressure cooker on medium flame add ghee, oil, jeera, red chillies, green chillies, chopped garlic and sliced onions. 3. Once onions gets translucent, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, jeera powder, chilli powder, salt as per taste. 4. Mix well and add some water and cook for 2-3 mins, add chopped tomatos and cook again for 2-3 mins. 5. Add soaked dal, washed rice and 3-4 cup water. 6. Stir well, close the cooker lid and wait for 3 whistles. 7. Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy! डिश: दाल खिचड़ी सामग्री: २ बड़े चम्मच तेल १ बड़ा चम्मच घी १ बड़ा चम्मच जीरा २ लाल मिर्च २ हरी मिर्च ५-६ काटे हुए लहसुन के टुकड़े २ कटे हुए प्याज़ २ कटे हुए टमाटर १ बड़ा चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट १ बड़ा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर १ बड़ा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर १ बड़ा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर १/२ बड़ा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर १/२ बड़ा चम्मच गरम मसाला १ कप मिश्रित दाल १ कप चावल रेसिपी: १. अपनी पसंदीदा दाल को पानी में 30 मिनट के लिए भिगो दें। २. कुकर में मध्यम आंच पर घी, तेल, जीरा, लाल मिर्च, हरी मिर्च, कटा हुआ लहसुन और कटी हुई प्याज डालें ३. जब प्याज ट्रांसलूसेंट हो जाएँ, तब अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, हल्दी पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, गरम मसाला, जीरा पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर और स्वादानुसार नमक डालें ४. अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ, थोडी पानी डालें, 2-3 मिनट के लिए पकाएँ, कटे हुए टमाटर डालें और फिर से 2-3 मिनट के लिए पकाएँ ५. भिगोई हुई दाल, धोए हुए चावल और 3-4 कप पानी डालें ६. अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ, कुकर की लिड बंद करें और 3 सीटियों के लिए प्रतीक्षा करें ७. धनिया पत्तियों से सजाए और पापड,आचार के साथ सर्व करे

Dish: Smokey Red Chicken Thighs Ingredients: 250gms Boneless Chicken Thighs 1tbsp Oil 1tbsp Garlic Powder 1tbsp Onion Powder 1tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (Non-spicy) 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (Spicy) 1/4 tbsp Oregano/Pizza seasoning Salt as per taste Recipe: 1. Wash boneless chicken thighs with clean water, cut them in 1/1.5 inch pieces and put it in mixing bowl. 2. Add Oil, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Red Chilli Powder, salt as per taste and Oregano/pizza seasoning into the mixing bowl. 3. Mix everything well and keep it for marinate for 2-3 hours. 4. Later, apply some oil in air fryer basket (you can use butter/parchment paper and apply oil on it), put the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in one layer. 5. Cook at 180C for 7 mins. 6. Flip the chicken thighs. 7. Cook again at 180C for 6-7 mins. 8. Smokey Red Chicken Thighs are ready, Serve hot and enjoy! Dish: Sheer Khurma Ingredients: 1ltr Milk 2tbsp Ghee 2tbsp Dates 2tbsp Cashews 2tbsp Almonds 2tbsp Raisins 2tbsp Chironji 100gm Vermicelli (Roasted) 1⁄2 cup Condensed Milk 1⁄4 tbsp Cardamom Powder Recipe: 1. Boil milk in a thick pan, keep stirring in between and keep aside once the milk is boiled. 2. In another pan, on medium flame, add ghee and add all the dry fruits of your choice(Dates, Cashews, Almonds, Raisins, Chironji). 3. Saute the dry fruits in ghee for 2-3 mins 4. Add Vermicelli into the pan and Roast with dry fruits for 4-5mins on low flame. 5. Add the milk which we boiled earlier and cook until boil. 6. Once milk is boiled, add condensed milk, add cardamom powder and mix well for 3-4 mins. 7. Switch of the flame and Serve Sheer Khurma warm or chilled! Dish: Cheese Chilli Toast Ingredients: 4 bread slices (white bread / brown bread) 3-4 fresh chopped green chillies ½ medium chopped red bell pepper (or green/yellow capcium) 2-3 chopped garlic cloves 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp butter 1 cup shredded cheese (processed or mozzarella) Recipe: 1. In a mixing bowl add green chillies, red bell pepper, garlic, coriander leaves, butter, cheese and mix everything properly until the mixture is smooth. 2. Next, heat a pan and toast the bread from one side properly then remove it & apply the cheese mixture on the toasted side. 3. Put the bread back into the pan on the non-toasted side then cover & let it cook on medium heat until the cheese has melted. 4. Remove & cut in shapes & serve with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise. Dish : Homemade Pan Pizza Ingredients: For Pizza dough: 1 cup All purpose flour ¼ cup Wheat flour 1/2 tbsp Baking powder 1/2 tbsp Baking soda 1 tbsp Oil Salt to taste 3 tbsp Curd For Topping: 2 tbsp Oil 1 Sliced Green Capcium 1 Sliced Red Capcium 1 Sliced Yellow Calcium 1 Sliced Onion 1 Sliced Tomato Salt to taste 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp Oregano Pizza Sauce Recipe: For pizza dough - • In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, salt & curd mix well. • Add water as required and make soft dough. Knead for about 4-5 minutes until the dough turns very soft & not sticky. • Cover & set this aside for about an hour. For toppings - • Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion, capcium, salt to taste, toss the vegetable well and keep it aside in refrigerator. For Making pizza - • Divide the dough into 2 to 3 parts. Dust the rolling board and roll it slightly thicker than a roti. And prick it with a fork all around the dough. • Now heat a flat pan and place the rolled dough on it and cook one side of it properly on a low flame. • Turn it on to the other side cooking it in low flame and start by spreading a spoon full of pizza sauce all around the bread and spread grated the mozzarella cheese. • Spread the toss veggies well. • Add some more cheese on top. • Add oragano and chilli flakes. • Cover and cook until the cheese begins to melt on low flame. • Remove and slice tawa pizza & serve hot.
