Tan Tan Udon
Hello everyone.
I have the udon noodles, so I’ll make delicious and unique noodles dish this time.
I use the soy milk too.
Adding soy milk to the soup creates a rich and flavorful soup.
And healthy.

Ingredients (For 3 person)
・3 packs udon noodles
・2 sticks green onion
・100g bean sprouts
”Nikumiso”
・200g ground pork
・2 cloves garlic
・10g ginger
・10g miso
・15 cc soy sauce
・6g sugar
・A little sesame oil
”Tan Tan soup”
・150 water
・10g chicken soup powder (Ajinomoto Marudorigara soup)
・10g miso
・3g doubanjiang (豆板醤)
・30g sesame paste
・400cc soy milk
・Appropriate chili oil
Recipe
・Cut the green onion.
・Let’s make Nikumiso.
Chop the garlic.
Chop the ginger.
Sesame oil into heated the pan.
Chopped garlic, and chopped ginger stir fry lightly.
Add the ground pork, then stir fry until brown.
Add sugar, soy sauce, and miso. Stir fry them.
・Next, make other topping.
Sesame oil into heated the pan again, put the bean sprouts in it.
Add a little salt and pepper. Stir fry them lightly.
・Water, chicken soup powder, miso, doubanjiang (豆板醤) ,
and sesame paste mix well, and boil.
After boiled, add soy milk.
Heat the soup over low heat until just before boiling.
・Boil the udon noodles.
・Serve in a bowl.
