Ingredients:
190 g of sugar
16 g of vanilla sugar

The cheesecake is very quick to prepare. It is not necessary to whip the egg whites separately. The taste is very delicate and creamy. One of my favourite. I heartily recommend.
I used a 20x30 cm form
Put the dough in a preheated oven. Bake for 90 minutes in 130 degrees Celsius. Thanks to the low temperature, the cheesecake will not break.
