I think I first came across with this song in Japan as an impressionable Japanese rock kid... Now 30 years on, I am watching this clip (filmed in the UK) in the UK (as a middle aged uni prof). Still the same effects on the core of my emotions.

Remember seeing these guys on Channel 4's The Tube Metal Special back in the 80s. Struck me how tight they were live.

Incredible band. I remember back in the 80’s when this song was brought to my attention. I already had a fascination with Japan’s history and this tipped the balance of scales. The UK and Japan share two ideals, they are nations that come from Island form. And overwhelming honour. The UK now has no honour, it’s polluted so please listen and remember Japan, heaven forbid the same befall you.

Footage from VOWWOW's UK Tour 11 performances in early 1987. This video shows a live performance at the Manchester University on February 7 1987, or Live performance at the Sheffield University on February 18 1987. I think this video was from a live performance at one of those two venues. This was still before recording the "V" of the 4th album The bass player was Kenji Sano, and it was also a rare video before he left The members were Genki Hitomi Vocals Kyoji Yamamoto Guitar Rei Atsumi Keyboards Kenji Sano Bass Toshihiro Niimi Drums

Best Era。

I backed up this band with a band called UGLY . Kentish town 80s.….
You see here, ladies and gentleman, we have on display something called musical talent and ability. Sadly, you will not see this in modern times, as computers have compensated for this; however, the computers cannot account for pure, natural ability, which is why modern music is absolute garbage and devoid of all originality.
