Try these dried vegetables including dried brinjals and dried gourd .This recipe is prepared specially in winters in Kashmir. It's an amazing food very tasty and easy to prepare .Try it for sure.
ingredients I used..
*dried gourd and dried brinjals
onion 1
garlic ginger paste 2 spoons
Mustard oil 3 spoons big
Spices ..1 black cardamom, 3 green cardamom ,red chilly powder 2table spoons, Dry Ginger powder half table spoon, coriander powder 1table spoon, fennel powder 1 to 2 table spoons,turmeric powder 1 table spoon, salt as per taste
water 1 and a half litre
preparation ...
clean dry vegetables well ,keep it in hot water for 10 minutes and wash well ,boil it in turmeric water and drain its water ,take oil in a cooker heat it and put finely chopped onion and garlic ginger paste in it ,saute well till light brown ,add boiled dried vegetables and saute well again for few minutes, add all spices and saute well ,pour water and salt mix well and close with a lid steam it till it gives out 5 to 6 whistles .Check it and its done .Serve hot with Rice
