Warabi Mochi is dessert that made from Wasabi starch. Warabi is a kind of tuberous plant that has been extracted to make starch. The texture is specifically chewy. Many people would like it. But it’s difficult to find Wasabi starch in Thailand, so I use another starch in Thailand instead. Let’s see how it goes.
Ingredients
Wasabi
1. 100 g Tapioca starch
2. 1/4 tsp Agar agar powder
3. 50 g sugar
4. 400 g water
5. 80 g Kinako powder
Kuromitsu
1. 60 g brown sugar
2. 200 g water
