Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge my sister! The instructions are very clear! I’m gone order the “Teff” & the Barley to give it a try. I will follow the recipes as you demonstrated and post the result on your KZitem page. One question I have is if I am banking ingera for the first time how I can get the yeast? Can I use any commercially available yeast (like bread yeast)?

Hi tewodros 👋 No you don't have to use bread yeast To make a teff yeast you need just teff flour and warm water mix well close tightly and keep warm place for 2-3 days or until fermented .... thank you so much dear if you have any other questions let me know .
Selam sister thank you very much for your video. It is great! I made Injera with this video and most of the time it is great. But sometimes there are no „eyes“ and it is sticky on the mitad. Did I something wrong with the absit or too much water? Hope you can give me a solution.

It is because the absit is too much. Just decrease the absit. For 6 cups of teff flour, 2 cups of hot water with half cup of lit( to make absit) is enough.
