So sad you guys didn't make it to Minas Gerais state, to Belo Horizonte, Ouro Preto, Inhotim open air museum, Diamantina, Tiradentes and so many other great places here. It's a super different experience from São Paulo, Rio and the South. Anyway, the country is huge and it's always really difficult to choose where to go, right. Glad you guys had a different perspective on Brazil after the 3 months. Really makes me think we can achieve greater understanding between peoples and societies...

Yes guys, come back and come to Minas Gerais! You'll experience so much diferent vibe, and yet, a great vibe! In fact there are so many great places to go, on and off The coast, but let me say, when You come back, restart by Minas Gerais. You are going to go crazy about The historical sites, the FOOD, the pleople. Don't Miss Inhotim (if there is heaven, then it's a copy of Inhotim). Inhotim is a must go, in your Life! I recommend 2 or 3 days Just to Inhotim. It deserves to be appreciated in The right pace, slow, contemplative, bat not too slow, or three days won't be enough. Reserve three tô four weeks for Mina Gerais, and then... then Brazil is gigantic, enjoy! By The way, in Peru, The food is also incredible.

You guys missed the northeast beaches, there are a lot of pretty safe beaches, safer than you think and extremely beautiful with nice villages and neighborhoods. Recently 'Morro de São Paulo', close to Salvador, was considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, friendly people, clean, good vibe, warm water all over the year. Pretty safe place, where you can walk around with your equipment with no problems at all.

Google translator: (I'm even good at understanding English just by listening, but I can't speak and write well. I hope one day I can learn) In São Paulo there is really a variety of food, the best restaurants, a mix of culture from generations, an incredible wealth of it. Events of all kinds as well. I think the Tattoo in São Paulo maybe has more than in other places in Brazil. Lots of people following the style that feel good about the look. I think I would recommend visiting some tourist region in the Northeastern States as well. I've never been, but I feel like they've been pretty strong in cultural richness for a long time too. São Paulo ends up being a mixture of Brazil. I loved following your journey here. I hope they come back one day so that I can also write down more cool things, because I hope that one day I will also be able to travel to different places in Brazil to visit. It seems financially difficult, but as it has everything here, I would love to know the places and people from different regions. Who knows, maybe one day in the world. Something that would be more complicated, given the cost.

I love Sao Paulo too! But Brazil is such a large Country, and so culturally diverse, that the more I get to know it, the harder it becomes to choose my favorite place. Just a tip: if you ever get sick while in Brazil, go to Public Hospitals, even as a foreigner you will have free access to health, isn't amazing!? Only Country in the world that does it!

I've lived in other capitals in Brazil and I say, as a city, discounting the beach and natural landscapes SP is the best capital in Brazil. I want to go back to SP, now I'm in Vitoria, and despite the natural beauty of the city, it didn't offer me everything that SP offered. Another thing I miss is the cultural diversity of SP and the ease of finding food from all over the world.

Hello Guys ! you make us so proud of our city and country ! I walked in these streets when I was a kid, working as a messenger. I would like to give some translations and meanings, can I ? I think you read these things in hundreds of comments before but, here we go. First of all, Do you know that "Pedrinho" is a person's name? Actually It's a nickname, and the English version could be Pete, or something like little Peter ! Second, the meal "Hot dog" means "Cachorro Quente" in Portuguese and there are some snack bars or restaurants that use the name in Portuguese "Cachorro Quente". What lead us to the Third translation. "Bom pra cachorro" is a Brazilian expression that means something really, really good. Actually is an old fashioned expression, but I think It was used in that article, in order to make a "wordplay" with the main Pedrinho's meal. Hot Dog or "Cachorro Quente" in Portuguese. Fourth, the "Bife a Parmegiana" is a really local meal. A lot of Brazilians and even Paulistanos think that it is an Italian meal, but actually Italians don't know "Bife a Parmegiana". They have a meal called "Parmegiana" but it is made with fried Eggplant, tomato salsa and parmesan cheese. The "Bife a Parmegiana" with rice and fries was invented here, in São Paulo. I hope you come back to Sao Paulo city soon... ❤ By the way, sorry about my mistakes ok?. I'm learning English
