This is such a great video concept! Almost exactly a year ago I was nearly 300 lbs. (136 kg) and couldn't jog/run more than 1 minute or so without walking. After getting my nutrition straight, and falling in love with running again, I'm down to about 170 lbs. (77 kg) and getting ready to run my first organized race, of any distance, since High School (over 25 years ago!). The 10k course is rather hilly, but based on my training I think a sub 45 is well within reach. Channels like yours are such a great resource for someone like me, keep up the good work!

Currently training for a 10 km. Based on my training I'm aiming for a 50 min max time which will be my PB. Gives me something to push myself for. Have to say I love this video as it gets average runners to try to improve their own times rather than comparisons with full time runners. Felt really inspired by this. 👏🏽👏🏽
