I was watching this with a friend who said of course let them go on a slide themselves! You’re so scared! Then after seeing what happened said of course you should have been waiting at the bottom. 😂😂 But even if I was at the bottom, that wouldn’t stop the tube from turning her backwards. And I couldn’t have caught her or anything. What do you think? Is 7 old enough for a water slide like this? (She was well over the height requirement so I trusted Disney!)

Peace. For me, I would have went down w my daughter at that age. It is a weight factor w me. Every ride we went on at an amusement park, I used my arm to hold her in. Every ride. She was not thick enough for me to be confident. Your babygirl is just a brave soul. She falls and gets back up again. She moves forward effortlessly. Great job with your children @akeebamaze peace

Just to clarify, after we left Korea, we randomly stopped in Hawaii. Disney resort in Hawaii was a very low-key because I just needed a rest from using all my mental energy navigating a foreign country! As I was watching the waterslide footage, I started thinking about how I should’ve been down there in case of an accident, but at the same time, kids have got to have independence, and really that water slide wasn’t dangerous. I know a lot of kids who are a reflection of their parents, fears and anxieties, and I definitely don’t want my kids to do that. That thought reminded me of how I had to fake bravery in Hawaii last time so that my kids could experience snorkeling, cliff jumping, hiking in the rainforest, and more. The truth is as a mom I’m constantly worrying if things are too dangerous. But I cannot let them see that and becoming unreasonably fearful. So I decided to add in this never before seen footage from our Hawaii 2021 trip to bring the story together. My daughters are now 7 and 8!

Yes in South Korea you did not post lots of videos because you scared right as North Korea just nearby always in conflict with South Korea. Well that is normal. Always great watching developed countries able to travel again away from their countries after the world pandemic lockdowns of 2020 2021. Yep this is great even youtube channel family Shreckov or Shevkov from Russia able to travel again to other countries they went to Turkey 2022 last year adorable mummy daddy and little Princess. Also Nashville Tennessee ranch farm family of adorable parents and 5 Princes Princesses able to travel to Mexico Hawaii as well and 2023 they in Germany Travel was restricted so we did not see the developed countries tourists travelling around for some years 2020 2021 2022. Places opened slowly again. Good to see you guys posting mixtures of videos of travelling again to countries. Here in Fiji islands many countries tourists came in 2021 2022 and now 2023 they back again Australia New Zealand Europe Americas continents Africa continent Monsoon Asian region Good to see them all back again the international tourists. It was a start of a new decade 2020 and things went berseck worldwide. Now great again even though natural hazards going on

Why do you feel the need to explain everything, especially to people who don't know you? Your decisions regarding your children are between you and God. He blessed you with two beautiful princesses. You do it outstanding job raising them. There will always be critics, and some are just downright jealous. From what your content we all can see the love and care for not only for yours, but your nieces and nephews as well. You're an amazing woman.

You did a wonderful job navigating SK from what I saw. I've seen vlogs of foreigners who have family in SK and they were completely lost even when their SK family members gave them instructions. I would need a tour guide or help out of fear of getting lost. Your a great mother and your girls can see that even at a young age.

That is a mom thing g. Ex. Your child comes in the house with a worm(l am not too worm friendly, cute or not) You have to think quick and not freak out. Children look at our faces as to how they should move forward. We all have to fake the funk for some part of their growth. In some cases. We can overcome our fears through those moments ts. I love that part.

Akeba, you are an awesome mom and what you are doing for your children is going to set them up for their lifetime. Keep doing what you are doing, because a lot of African Americans or Black people do not get to experience these things and places you are taking your children, teaching them, showing them new things, and ways to overcome their fears. Kudos to you and Alena. It makes me happy to see that more of us are giving our children these experiences that some people have never and will never experience, because of fear or not having the finances to do so. Keep up the great job you are doing with homeschooling your babies, and I pray God continue to bless you and give you wisdom and knowledge, so, you can continue to give your children opportunities and experiences. Also, to show others there are so many other ways to teach your children and we can all learn from them. Stay blessed❤

Yep already watched this Hawaii video you guys and MazeLee family went to during the world pandemic lockdowns. Also Tennesee ranch farm family went and What the Hales family and Storage Legend family all went to Hawaii during World Pandemic lockdowns as it is still USA even Mexico still America Latin America. Here same thing we all travelled around Fiji islands but NOT TO PLACES WHERE THOSE WHO CAME FROM OTHER COUNTRIES THROUGH REPATRIATION FLIGHTS DURING WORLD PANDEMIC LOCKDOWNS 2020 2021 So when someone ARRIVES FROM COUNTRIES THAT WAS LIKE USA RIOTS PROTESTS LOOTINGS WILD FORESTS FIRES in REPATRIATION FLIGHTS THEY GO TO SPECIFIED ZONES FOR QUARANTINE AND WHEREVER THEY GO DURING THOSE YEARS HAD LOCKDOWNS like MUANIKOSO and other places They were all STRICTLY MONITORED BECAUSE THEY CAME IN REPATRIATION FLIGHTS FROM THOSE COUNTRIES THAT WERE HAVING PROTESTS RIOTS LOOTINGS FOREST WILD FIRES. AS MOST HARDLY CAME TO FIJI AT ALL FREQUENTLY. LIKE SUDDENLY THE CAME DURING 2020 2021 So meself watching your family videos understandable you not posting a lot from South Korea Meself always watching Mr Simon Wilson channels and Mark Wein channel they have great coverages of places they travel to during countries that is during world pandemic lockdowns 2020 2021 they were chosen for on foot military survellaince in all those countries. When USA was facing shit chaos some chosen to travel around the states and keep posting all the time. So thank you fellow teacher Akeeba Maze you showing that some places are okay and some might be dangerous. Keep on keeping on posting. It is your youtube channel.
