I think Joey's childhood dislike of vegetables may have been down to how they were cooked. For some reason parents will basically boil all of the flavour out them into a homogenous blandness and then cluelessly wonder why kids find it disgusting; and then years later they stop doing that and suddenly the kids start to actually enjoy them much to the parent's confusion. To this day I despise spinach when it's boiled or steamed but I'll eat it raw all day if it's available.

You're on point. I've always said to people; there's only 2 reasons why kids can hate vegetables in general, cartoons made them think it's disgusting or their parents just can't cook vegetables to it's best. My mom makes the best vegetable dishes, boiled them in pork/beef broths, and a lot in between. I bought a friend over for dinner once, said he hated vegetables and after the dinner he said my mom's cooking tasted delicious compared to what he's fed at home. Growing up the only vegetable dish I refused to eat was bittermelon. The name says enough to why I hate it.

I've always wondered when the residents of Japan - especially in the Tokyo area and neighboring regions - mention how unbearably hot their summer is, if it's similar to the summer heat in Vietnam. I remember when I visited my distant relatives there in the summer, it was so insanely hot and humid that I hardly dared to leave the air-conditioned house, because as soon as you stepped outside, it felt like a hair dryer or even an airfryer oven was blowing in your face non-stop. Even the Shaman King manga mentioned at one point how terrifying and notorious the Tokyo summer is for its heat, lol.

If you're not exposed to the sun it feels like you're being cooked really slowly in a oven, and when you are exposed to the sun it feels like there is a person at your side with a stove cooking you full blast. The humidity will stick to your skin and you feel wet and sticky no matter where you are though.

Gaming streamers should consider using multiple computers. If streaming is their profession, investing in separate computers can be worthwhile. This is often referred to as a dual PC streaming setup. In this setup, one computer is used for gaming and the other is dedicated to streaming. The gaming computer handles the gameplay, while the streaming computer handles the encoding and broadcasting of the stream. The two computers are connected via a local network, and software such as OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) can be used to capture the gameplay video and audio on the gaming computer and send it over to the streaming computer for encoding and broadcasting. Using a dual PC streaming setup can help ensure that the gaming computer is running at optimal performance without the added strain of encoding and broadcasting the stream. It can also provide more flexibility and control over the stream settings, allowing for higher quality and smoother streaming.

In an interview in the 'Blue Deep' databook + recent interviews, Oda has said he'd like to travel a lot after finishing One Piece but has mentioned if he made a next series he was thinking of doing a Mecha-themed manga next. I can't imagine it'd be as long as One Piece but I agree that he'll probably make manga until he either physically can't or until he dies, it'd really be interesting to see him do a new series after One Piece though, imagine a 300 - 500 ch. series written by Oda, shit would be so fire.

Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza crust 1/2 cup pizza sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Spread the pizza sauce over the pre-made pizza crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Place the sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve hot. You can customize this recipe by adding additional toppings, such as mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers, to suit your tastes.

I feel Connor's take for his pc problems in the sense that I had to reinstall windows and every game/app I used all because I had a faulty ram stick. This lone faulty ram stick caused my whole pc to malfunction constantly to the point it would perpetually be in the automatic repair screen while booting and nothing I did in the boot menu or f11 menu would do anything useful. The only reason I realized this is because my father who is fairly tech savvy had a twin brother who worked in tech support for his life, and deduced it had to have been one of my ram sticks. Once he mentioned that, my Dad and I removed the one of the sticks his twin brother was sure was the cause of the problem. And he was right. One of my two 16 Gb ram sticks was faulty and over a year ended up causing all of my pcs' crashes. After we removed the stick and rebooted my pc, causing me to reinstall all of my games and programs after reinstalling windows; I had almost zero problems with my pc. The only game I had that caused lag and choppiness was the game "World War Z". When I had that laggy ass, crashy pc while I had 32 Gb of ram, I had no problems with world War Z game, other than random crashes, but after we got rid of the faulty ram, I noticed that World War Z game took the most ram for the game than any other which surprised me. Afterwards when the problem was fixed and had no random crashes due to not having the faulty ram stick; the only game I had lag or choppiness in was the World War Z game which kind of makes sense since the game was a big semi open world tower defense. Edit: I had to reinstall window 11 pro 3 times before I realized it was a ram stick problem, and that took a years worth of time to find for me.

And katakana isn't the worst thing Some word like "platform" transformed into プラットフォーム and since FO is usually written as HO, it becomes プラットホーム Just how they like to shorten sandwich into SAND, the did the same thing and shorten platform into just HOME (ホーム)

I think next sponsor read it should just be Garnt reading while Conner and Joey try to silently make him laugh. He looks like he’s having the opposite of fun the whole time.

I love summer but hate the humidity, probably why I love the desert. It’s hot during the day but it’s fine with shade and it cools down nicely at night.

I'm Vietnamese. Southern accent of Vietnamese is very similar to Thai. The same thing Garnt experienced I also did a few times when I heard Thai in Sydney where I'm living, I thought they were my southern compartriots, turned out it was Thai (or Khmer, couldn't be sure).

Wait, Garnt's way of holding chopsticks actually works so much better for me! My hand cramps too with the normal way so I totally gonna try that more when I next have Asian food lol.

My dad taught me chopsticks the only way he knew how He took me to work on his boat really far from land, cooked food and told me "sorry son, we only have chopsticks here so you better learn" and you best bet I learned or I was gonna starve. Thanks dad

In the desert covering up is also due to protecting yourself from all the sand. As someone who has trekked through one sometimes the wind can be very harsh so sand can hit your face very forcefully. It makes it easier to cover up your face in these situations as you avoid sand in your nose, mouth etc
