bhangra cardio exrcise keh skde o tusi.. weight training ni haigi eh.. te weight training nal tusi muscle gain kar skde o ikalle bhangre naal nahi.. je gym nai haiga ta tusi ghare dumbbell, rods and plates mnga sakde o te ghar vich hi weight traing kar skde o.. body weight training v kr skde o but ohde ch progress limited hundi aa.. so mere acc. pehla option better a, ghare DB, rods and plates vala.. Sat shri akal sir. Meine apki weight loss ki video dekhi. Protein intake regularly jaruri hai. But sir mujhe bulky uterus with uterine fibroids and chronic cervicitis hai. Is liye maine soy products, milk, curd, paneer, flaxseed sab chod diya hai. Weight ideal weight se 20 kg zyada hai.. Sir plz batayien soya chunk khaye ya nhi protein ki requirements kaise poori karu. I would recommend eating foods which are good sources of lean protein like Fat Free Paneer as they will keep you more full.. Any genuine Protein Powder having 20-25 gms of protein & 120-130 calories will work. And lastly go for Whey Protein rather than Plant based protein.

@@afifeyaprinceham3287 Lod ton Ghat calories khana pehla rule hai, Doosra rule hai, lod anussar protein lena, Starting vich weight ghataun lai tuhanu 1 gm per ideal Body weight ton vadh protein khaan di lod nahi... fer hauli hauli tusi 2 gm per ideal body weight tak kha sakde o... For example if your height is 5 ft 3 inch, your ideal body weight is 53 Kg. So eat a minimum of 53 gm and take it up to 106 gm. Choose Lean protein sources, it wont increase your calories

That's actually the minimum requirement of Protein and that too for a person having a perfect weight according to their height.. To shed weight, caloric intake has to be decreased which can make us weak by destroying our muscles. Now to prevent that , our Protein intake should be atleast 1.5 gm per Kg of our ideal body weight...

Fruits,dryfruit missing in diet Should be take 1 fruit and reduce 1 roti in morning and skip biscuits in evening or morning and take 5-7 pieces of dryfruits.
