I think this was really informative, I just recieved my starter pack of Wegovy and am a bit scared (you know what they say about a little knowledge, lol) so its sitting in the fridge until I sort out what to eat etc. It's not going to be a huge change as I already eat plant based whole foods and occasionally chicken and fish. I do have a sweet tooth and realise that has to stop as it can make nausea etc worse. I think with me its post menopausal and has more to do with portion sizes than what I am actually eating (other than the chocolate). I do eat fermented foods, grains and nuts, lots of legumes and beans and all fresh vegetables with no ultra processed foods. I am going to make up my own, rolled oats based muesli, with raw hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and various others I add every week. I have that with whole milk, kefir and occasionally yoghurt as I am of the belief that balancing your carbs with fat or protein helps with sugar regulation. I can easily replace chocolate etc with the nuts and grains mix too so I think apart from protein I have a fairly balanced diet. I will maybe introduce protein pancackes at lunchtime which could also help cut out snacking as thats when I usually snack, at lunchtime as I dont have a meal. Sorry for the huge comment, but if you do see it, could you just let me know if I'm on the right track or not? I am off to watch the rest of your list.

Sounds like you’re doing a great job! Just make sure the changes you make are realistically ones you are going to stick to. It’s sometimes easier to add them in one by one. Good luck!
