In this video, I'm sharing what I do to get back on track with healthy eating, working out, and, ultimately, losing weight.
I'm currently at such a good point regarding how I'm eating and working out, but I still have a few days here and there (just like over the holidays) where I get off track a little.
I want this to be a permanent lifestyle change, which is why I try to catch myself and get back to the things that make me feel my best earlier rather than later :)
