Hey Brent i wanted to tell you that Prime isnt actually a good hydration drink lacks alot of sodium which is the most importent part of hydration. Also remember Brent stagnant weight isnt bad so long as you gain muscle. (there are alot of videos on YT why prime isnt good)

As a climber I find it immeasurably impressive you were able to hang for 1 second at 500lbs, let alone 6 at 400. Like genuinely incredible and monsterous strength.

Brently- don't sleep with the TV on. It's terrible for sleep and will cause weight gain (one study showed people who slept with TV on gained 11 lbs over the control group). A set of blue light blocking glasses would be beneficial too. Definitely a good choice on your part to ditch the TV at night! Good job

Boxing might be something to look into. It helped me get my anger out of me and gave me a lot of focus. Gotta be careful with boxing though, I cut my knuckles a lot and almost broke my wrist, because i didn't use gloves at first lmao. Definitely get gloves 🤣.

You can do it, Brently. Remember 30 minutes of cardio every day. I typically go for a 30 to 60 minute walk at 6 km/h (3,728 miles/h) minimum. I prefer the treadmill, just because you can't “cheat” while walking on it (I mean, if you go slower, you'll fall off the treadmill). Eat healthily, always have plenty of low-calorie foods available, just in case. It's better to eat a bucket of salad than a bag of Oreos (well, at least when it comes to calories). When you're hungry, if you have to choose between a salad and a lasagna, you'll always choose the lasagna, so just don't buy it. Kindest regards from Brazil. 🇧🇷

Unless that salad is loaded with sugar, inflammation makes weight loss a bit more of a struggle. But yea a bucket of salad can be good esp with good produce

Leg Cramps can usually be caused by a magnesium de-efficiency, I'd suggest looking into getting some GOOD magnesium supplements OR eating more bioavailable magnesium foods. It could just be dehydration though but a lot more people these days tend to have a mag defficiency due to the sugar in our food. Sugar can be mineral de-efficiency if overconsumed and if you ever look at nutrition facts in items most items are 70% or above per serving in recommended sugar intake and those recommendations tend to be way too high for most humans anyways, partially why America has a weight problem. It's fine as a treat but never as a regular consumption. As is most things. Even Sugar alcohols aren't any better. I would also check what kind of water you're drinking, better water, better hydration value. Aquaporence is powerful. Also I definitely wouldn't drink Prime, it's not as "hydrating" as people think it is, it's as bad as drinking Gatorade which is just bad. To clarify before I go on, acids are good for the gut yes, but most doctors and nutritionists and even some chemists will say "Drink PH Balanced Water is better" and this is because Acidic Water (which isn't the same as eating/consuming certain gut-supportive acids), can actually dehydrate you. Most "water" from Prime or Gatorade or sodas is at a PH of 2.5. Better off drink Dasani Water Bottles and those are Tap Water bottles 🤢

The hoodie flip is my go-to too, love the fit. Amazing work brother, you motivate me every day. I’m down nearly 40kg since April! Stretches and pilates for physio making my bung knee stronger, going up stairs with ease for the first time since my injury a decade ago, seeing the muscles in my thighs and calves get yolked, it’s all so new! My physio said she can now notice the muscle difference between my good and bad leg which i found hilarious. It makes sense that it’d not be the same but I never knew! Good thing i don’t walk in a circle hahah. I’ve been playing pokémon go while bird watching too, listen man - anything to get me off my butt and in nature has been such a blessing! Brently, I’m not sure where you’re from but would you want to link up and do a spartan race one day in the future? I’m doing my first one with my brother next August in WV. If you wanted to wait until 2025 I’d be down for that too. Wow dude your progres has been amazing. I was obese this year and now i may have abs by the end of the year amd you motivate me a lot. One little advice from me: as you advance in your journey you may not lose weight every day and even every week so dont stress so much about that, one tool that is handy is comparing weekly average weights, so that way may be better to apreciate results.
