Warm Up
Triset ONE
1. Front squat, 2 x 25lbs / 11kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Close grip row, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg
3. Alternating supinating bicep curl, 2 x 15lbs / 6.5kg
15 reps each, back to back
Rest then repeat once
Triset TWO
1. Alternating chest press from floor, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg
2. Bent over rear delt fly, 2 x 7.5lbs / 3.5kg
3. Overhead triceps extension, 25lbs / 11kg
15 reps each, back to back
Rest then repeat once
Cool down stretch
