Weird choice of meditative practice? Is it just me, or do you find ways to bring the energies of gratitude, reflection, and allow yourself mind space in the pockets of your day?
I like to find ways to incorporate things and energies that nurture and support me throughout the day. It's also a fun way to trick myself into getting the "boring" stuff done.
