@@maurice8180 yeah, if you're interested in the realities of it, my break down was 0 money down, closing costs due at closing was $6700. House was $82,000, talked down to $75,000. 3% interest on the loan, my monthly mortgage with home insurance and escrow is $472 per month. House is from 1915, 1700 square feet on 1 acre of property. Rent around this area averages 1200 a month without utilities included, so it was cheaper to buy when I did in 2021. I was approved for up to 120k(based on 40 hour per week bare minimum at $15 per hour and my 755 credit score, I usually work 70-98 hours per week but it wasn't guaranteed) conventional loan, not a first time homebuyers loan, which was nice because of the no down payment and I could get a cheaper house that needed work, whereas the government backed loans like first time homebuyers requires the house to pass a bunch of inspections, that definelty would have made life easier to have passed, would have made it hard to find something in my price range. Long story short, I didnt think I could get a house either, but if you have decent credit, make 15 bucks an hour and work 40 hours per week, you can probably get a decent loan, cant speak for interest tho and only reason my punkass got the house cheap is because it needed alot of work and its not near major cities and is considered very...small town. Only got this one because my fiancé liked it more than the other choices and as soon as I got the house for us I find out she does cocaine and won't give it up, so now Im watching Cody Ko videos alone in my house that ill probably die in lol

The mold in the car thing happened to me summer of 2021, we just moved into a new house with a garage(separate from house) i have a 2010 camaro SS, i detailed it inside and out, stuck it in the garage for a 1-2 months, came out to it to drive it one day(was on battery tender) and opened the door to mold just like that maybe even worse, Found out it was a leak in the garage causing moisture, then of course summer heat and humidity and then all the detailer that i did on the interior. I had to wash the interior with vinegar and even had it steam cleaned, it smells and looks a lot better but still if you really look at some spots on the seats you can still see it. I was pissed.
