I agree, I like to describe the operation as a cooking experience in a kitchen. Milling would be crushing to release the flavors

Very interesting video, you would think they would make those elevators movable in order to put the excess where those wheeled loaders were having to put it. I take it the bulldozer was working on that large mound 'out the back'. Which I presume was 'bagasse' now that they don't burn it, - or do they still, and that was simply excess, for which they have other uses. 👍👍.

From Jamaica, don't like machine harvesting of Cane ,, Spoilage is great. When will Boiling house n Crushing be a separate timing , this can be done by storing the Cane Syrup till after Crushing. It gives a better economy of energy use with respect of the Cooling Tower efficiency. After milling the Boiling house can be put in t o use. The idea is to make use of a fresh Cane Stockpile
