WET CAKE
For cake;
6 eggs ( use 5 if eggs are big)
2 glass of sugar
2 glass of milk
1,5 glass of liquid oil
2 glass of flour
1packet baking powder
1packet vanilla sugar
3tablespoons of cacao(50 gr)
For the sauce;
3 glass of milk
half a cup liquid oil
a glass of sugar
Preparation;
Egg and sugar are mixed with the mixer until they are foamy. The mixer is removed and continued with the wire whisk.
Add oil and milk and mix.Cocoa, baking powder and vanillin are added to the sifted flour and mixed and slowly added to the egg mortar.Mix without excessive blending.The large cake mold is lubricated with butter, flour is poured and excess flour is poured.The cake is poured in a 175 degree heated oven and cooked. Be careful not to be too red.
Remove from the oven and wait for it to warm up.Boil all the ingredients for sauce and heat from the cooker.Pour the warm sauce into the cake and wait for the sauce to be drawn.
You'd better keep it in the fridge one night.
