You seem to be much more centered now. A little hindsight also helps advance the foresight. Keeping moving will be key along with keeping up on eating. And keep using that hurt arm too. I tore my right arm up through some nerves a few years back. Hurt like hell for a long time and I favored it so much that my left arm got bigger than my right for the first time ever. But slowly but surely through continuing to exercise it every night in bed and using it through pain on light stuff it built itself back and the nerve damage pains went away. I aggravated it a little bit last year splitting wood but other than that it healed up all the way to full use and no pain. I was always very right hand dominant so when it was going on and my body was changing from so much left hand use I kept thinking of it as a balancing thing. But the key is to keep using the bad wing. If I had not pushed all the time into some pain it would have stayed injured and hurting for a lot longer time or permanently. You gotta help the wing rebuild the connections....pumping blood into it through use is how that happens. When I was in high school I partially tore my ACL and PCL knee ligaments playing baseball. I went through physical therapy and this little Korean dude did wonders for it though the therapy and all he told me to do. Ever since then at night before bed or if I am just standing in line somewhere I flex that knee and the muscles over and over to pump blood into it. Been over 30 years and without any surgeries it healed itself almost entirely. That leg has always been smaller than the other since then though. I think the pumping of blood into it every night has also kept it from becoming one of those old aching injuries. It is crazy what the use of things and the blood flowing into them can heal and repair. Same premise will probably apply overall to your whole body through this. Gotta keep it in motion and flowing with blood fueled by good nutrition. Even if you get out of breath quickly or the muscles tire really quickly or flare up with pain....keep doing many sets of what you can do between the rest periods. Going through the pains of staying going will pay off with gains.

Did you look into alternative treatment? There are whole websites devoted to that. Some works really well. I'm just saying dog dewormer starting with Fen. I recommend the Cancer Ward series by Clif High on this platform.

I took Ivermectin over a year ago, trying to make myself feel better. Without Diagnostics, there is no way to tell if it helped?
