Hmm, I would have thought that mangos and pineapple would have been slower at spiking blood sugar as they are mainly fiber. So good to know. Berries don't grow naturally where I'm from, so they're very expensive.

I *Wish some1 would make a list on fruits we can hv like the banana for example. Greener it is the less sugar content and is best time 2 consume.the more ripen it becomes the more sugar it contains. I know canned fruits contain more sugar but what about dried fruits? I think I read about how they contain more sugar also. Freeze dried u think would b healthy. The same applies if u freeze yer bread,pastas potatoes and rice.Reduces sugar content overnite and can be consumed. Instead of tell'g ppl not 2 consume those foods. We need 2 educate ppl on how 2 reduce the sugar content by whatever methods necessary.❤😊
