Heard this quote for from an episode on the Magnus Archives podcast. " It feels odd to consider the fact that you will no longer exist some day, but you didn’t exist for billions of years before your birth, so, it doesn’t seem unreasonable to conclude that you will not exist afterwards in much the same way. I try to see life as a pleasant holiday from non-existence", i intend to enjoy this holiday not focused on being hyper productive, regardless of how bad or good things get i want to remind myself that all this is temporary and try to make the best out of my little holiday, until i return back to the endless void, not totally devoid of aspirations but to be maybe a little more appreciative of the journey itself.

To be financially comfortable. Not rich. Just stable. And with that under my hypothetical belt. To just enjoy life. Be able to take the time to appreciate the good parts, work on the bad parts and find whatever happiness looks like for me. Issue I have with that, is there’s a lot of trial and error to find out.

if you're grinding your teeth at night/in your sleep, have you tried sleeping with a night guard? I was resistant to it because my mom wore one and I felt like it made me an Elderly Man but I've grown to love it, there's something oddly comforting about sleeping with it in, like a blanket for my mouth. And if I'm ever stressed out and want to grind or clench for the heckofit, the guard tanks that too. It can even be useful if you find yourself in a lot of pain, gives you something safe to bear down on.

With every new upload your push ups have become more perfected and controlled 💪🏻Good job! #steadyprogress Still missing the side planks though... You'll thank me later or not at all, that's fine. *Benefits of side planking* 'The side plank is a great core exercise that not only strengthens your midsection but also builds lateral stability through the side-body and improves overall balance. It also helps improve stability and general sturdiness through the upper body.'
