The Tao is the Dharma. Hindus were forced to stop certain practices when Islam invaded India, so they had to flee to China birthing Chinese martial arts. It is believed that the Tao is the 5th Veda.

I think it’s important for yogis to study and practice the Tao. It is more advanced. Now even in China they have distorted the teaching by changing the 5 elements, separating consciousness as the source for the other elements. In order to find out where manipulations have taken place, we need to cross reference other religions, languages etc because they all stem from one source.
