I also see him as someone who is not silly enough to repeat mistakes. I see Steidten's recruitment reign being everything that took place after the signing of JWP, in reality. Sounds about right for West Ham. Buy an older injured player because he is cheap. I was thinking about my time supporting West Ham since the move to the London Stadium. Conclusion, terrible. Horrible ground with dreadful experiences getting to the station. The football is dross, the feel good factor isn't there and hasn't been since the move. Not injury prone ???? He has had multiple injuries in his career and has even damaged his achilies before .... He has "missed" over 140 games in his career due to injuries. As you get older it's harder to fully recover from injuries and Fullkrug has definitely had a few serious ones.... The club went out and bought a 31 year old who has missed over 140 games ....I'd say that's injury prone and a huge balls up by the club ...he should never have been bought ...I doubt we will see him before the New Year

Steidten has done good things since arriving. Noble should be listened to heavily, though. Noble's view should definitely be taken massiveley into account. Compare the two's playing careers and tell me who is going to have a better opinion on what is going to work in the PL for us. I always respect players who don't have the physicality but forge top careers for themselves. It means mentality, personality, attitude and IQ is what kept them going.. Things that don't just disappear. I love Noble. He needs to be at this club, having as much influence and having as dynamic role as possible at this club. Tim has a good knack for identifying talent (the targets for CF were amazing, despite ended up at Fulk), he seems good at making money go a longer way than the likes of Moyes did, but in terms of making final decisions on what players come in, I'm not sure I wouldn't be more comfortable with Noble having the final say. Both, I'd say have their plus's though. I think Noble should have influence on recruitment. That being said, I also think Noble should have alot to do with the proceedings in the first team as well, and the youth set up. The more dynamic Nobles role is at the club, the better.
