Sir, main dourte bakt mera pao ke nichle hisse par dard hota hai, jaise shin splints. Lekin dourne ke Kuch der bad dard gayab ho jata hain. 1600 metre ko complete krne main 7:30 mint lagta hai. Aur mera event ke liye 1 mahine time hain. Sir, plz koi upay batao...

Sir i have my physical test after 25 to 30 days from now ( event 1600 meter in 6.30 min) One experienced guy told me to run everyday for 5km 2 times a day for first 15 days to build stamina. And then focus on 1600meter with timing Is this right plan Please reply sir And also tell is it possible to cover 1600 meter in 6.30 min within 25 days of preparation Thanks

If you run 2 times and & km daily you may land up with an injury especially if you are a new runner. So not recommended. I think you should see my schedule and follow that for 15 days. Running only once a day. 30 days is very less and I don't know your current time. But my recommendation is not to overdo things
