have the boston 10 and i think it's fair to say after 100 miles it's similar to the mach 4 new. same setup with squishy foam on top and firmer eva on the bottom. difference is that the boston 10 is a lot firmer starting out and loosens up after in this case 100 miles. mach 4 is good on the feet at the start and breaks down after 150 miles and dead by 200.

I'm about 34km's on my Boston 10's and wow those boys are heavy. I used to run on ny NB Fuelcell Prism as my daily trainer and there surely is a weight difference. If the Boston 10's will have a feel like the Mach 4, then wow I'd bee happy since I want a pair of those

Also adding that the boston 10 rolls a lot better than the mach 4, which makes the firmness bearable. Once the mach 4 is dead I had to work really hard to get it moving because I couldn’t feel the rocker anymore

The Adistar is a good shoe. It is stable, durable and does well during longer runs (12+). Do not be discouraged by the weight because you will not notice it. You can run tempo workouts in this shoe without issue. The shoe is a great value.

Im eyeing the Adistar and maybe the Takumi for my Adidas arsenal. Ive been giving the Boston 10 a go and its starting to grow on me. Using it for speed/tempo and I must admit although heavy Im enjoying the forefoot cushioning which I always felt was lacking in the former Bostons. The Adios 6 is my go to for racing at the moment and its performing well for me.

Love the prime x, they are surprisingly stable and quick, and super comfy to do your easy runs, I can understand if you are a featherweight you might have stability issues but if your are a bigger built guy I think it’s great and really is fun , the takumi sen 8 is also a brilliant and quick shoe and is really a comfortable lower stack 👍, I want to try the solar guide 5 for easy runs but haven’t seen any reviews yet.

Hey guys, really appreciate the review. However could you guys do a review about even lowered priced shoes as well! In some countries it is really hard to get even the base price models you are showing here due to the currency change. A shoe like Supernova would be something ultimate :) So a lot of people are considering models like EQ 21 or Fluidflow 2.0 or Nike Revolution or Nike Quest / Winflo etc. Thanks!

The Adizero SL really impressed me in a very good way ! I loved the Adios 6 but instead to get the #7 of it I ended up getting the Adizero SL instead. The SL came in a great time to replace my very used Nike Pegasus 39 and it is more comfortable ,nimble, and reasonable premium luxurious too. I loved that Adidas now has an Adizero that is not a super low stack middlesole like the RC line or too much like a Boston and still super stable while it is extremely soft for an Adizero shoe.

@wolger I had the SolarBoost 5, and it was a very good pair of shoes. In the end, I preferred it over the Adizero SL. But I prefer my Pegasus 40 over these two and the Puma Velocity Nitro 2. Is it just me or runners tend to be a little dishonest on race day? On my first 5k race, I lined up by the sign 22 minute pace for the 5k distance. Unassuming, I could not believe how many people I passed up and I finished few seconds past 22 minutes. I heard as people get more competitive, they tend to break a little from good sportsmanship conduct.

The biggest problem I find with adidas shoes is how narrow some of them are, some on the toebox, some on the midfoot. The Adios 6 for example, is very narrow all around for my medium width feet, even on the wide version, it's a shame because it seems to be a shoe that I'd love otherwise

@@aayusharora2459 these 19 are evolutioned for the better with the last Solarboost 3, it's got a new torsion system and the top layer of regular EVA makes the shoe far more stable than the 19. I'm 92 kgs.. My shoes are Pegs38. When I stand or walk in them, they give me a firm feel. I only have the SL 20s, UB 21 and the Boston 10 for my run rotation. I sit advisable to use the UB21 as an everyday trainer and the Boston 10 for Race day? Or SL 20 for race day since it is so light? When I got my Boston 10 last year, it took me about 15km to break em in. I ran in the mountains where there was slippery and rocky terrain 5,200 ft above sea level. When the wrinkles on the lighstrike midsole started to show, that was the time the Boston became bearable underfoot. I am however still trying to break in the UB 21 since it does not feel as soft as the last OB model when they changed the shape. It feels the same as the Alphaboost model with a Thanos chinlike midsole. I guess boost responds differently if they follow different shapes.
