Glad to see someone putting sodium in drinks. People forget sodium is an electrolyte and it's what we loose the most of when we sweat

Yup, my cheap ass I usually just drink a glass of salt water if I'm doing long cardio sessions. But I'm sure his hydration drink is great too.

@@DavidPacJr its not much salt. 10-20% of daily value salt in a glass is all I use for a long run. About the same amount in a small order of french fries from mcdonalds.

@@DavidPacJr I guess but if your drinking a sports drink you usually exercise and you sweat most of the salt out. But when they don't include it you get electrolytes that you loose at a much slower rate so I guess there's pros and cons
