Could you please make a video how to prevent anemia with reumatoide arthritis? What can we eat?

It doesnt' have to be about eating.. it's about the cause.. the most important cause is active disease and the most important line of management is to control the disease

My daughter of 34 years was diagnosed with ra, she was given hydtoxychloroquine. She is still fatigued and have some flares sometimes with lots of pain and swelling in her fingers. She is very depressed. After doing some research we found that the cause of ra comes mainly from leaky guts.my questions is : 1- should she go on with hydroxichloroquine? Is it true that it’s a gut problem? Is is true that it’s a vit d and niacicimide deficiency? So many informations yet so little we know from drs.Any advice would help greatly 🙏

Hello Miss Mona If the fatigue had already been there before she was started on hydroxychloroquine, then keep going on it. But if your daughter is suffering of lots of pain and swelling of the finger,s, hydroxychloroquine WILL NEVER be enough to control this arthritis. She definitely will need more intensive treatment. Question 2: This is not a gut problem: gut mircobiota and their involvement in autoimmunity is one currently very popular theory for the causation of autoimmunity in general but it is not the only theory and currently, treatments do primarily target the gut. Question 3: this is not a vitamin D problem or any other vitamin assuming that the rheumatologist who saw her confirmed this is rheumatoid arthritis I hope this helps All the best
