I need to record and readjust my ghr, when I come to the top I near slide down, I'm either coming too far up or need the toe plate set differently. This Is a timely reminder, nice video too

A ghr is nothing but a hip hinge and a hamstring curl combined into one exercise using your body weight. It's a great exercise but it isn't special. Do deadlifts and hamstring curls either seated or lying down.

Length from knee to bottom of foot does not allow me to put bottom of feet on foot pad . I cannot make necessary adjustments on machine. I am a short female. Can you make any suggestions ?
