You look like you are letting the weight pull you forward a bit when letting the weight down, for the close grip pulley all I've seen is stationery, are you letting the weights bring you forward a bit for a stretch, or should we be as upright as possible?

@@omarsy3d It doesnt target the lats hence the wide grip, it targets the upper back (rhomboids, traps, rear delt etc.) Narrow grips with elbows near ur torso target more the lats such as neutral grip back rows with full rom, shoulder width neutral grip pull ups (literally gave me wings) etc.

@@Omer-xt9dx i too think that a neutral wrist position is better, both for the shoulders but also for the elbows (I injured mines because of overpronation on pull ups). If you çan use rings and whatever let your joint move freely, use them
