If I had done as many things wrong as Mr. Brownstone, I wouldn't dare have the nerve to even ask for "just one more chance." I don't know if it's a lack of being self aware, stupidity, or apathy.

I almost feel sorry for him. Almost. He took no responsibility for anything. So selfish. "What about me? he says as he stomps his foot rubbing his eyes. Good one Mr. Squishy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Turning yourself in is only one step in taking responsibility. If you don’t follow through and alter your behavior, turning yourself in is meaningless. Nothing more than an empty excuse to justify doing it again.

Like a true selfish narcissist. Zero lack of accountability and ZERO disregard for the law and others. Just because he has a girlfriend and child he can disobey every law and drink and drive too. He is a danger to society and everyone on the road. Let him reflect on HIS wrong doings and criminal acts while chilling out in jail for a good long time. He can play the victim all he wants in there while everyone on the roads are safer.

Got no sympathy for a drunk driver or someone driving without a license …refreshing to see a judge give him and the lawyer a strong message.

He needs to stop driving till he gets his stuff taken care of. This is not your fault OSG, but all the garble in the background when the judge talks aggravates the heck out of me. lol

29 moving violations since his license was suspended. This isn’t his problem, it’s the system that allows it.

I have some sympathy for him, but his only defenses would be that he wasn't the operator or that blood sample wasn't his/contaminated or that he had right of way despite affidavit. He screwed up somehow as a young man and kept digging his hole deeper. It can seem insurmountable to get license back (with all the fines he's probably incurred), which is why some states now have programs to outline possible paths for such. He needed to have woken up and talked to an attorney before he got into more trouble. Also, many states used to have "hardship" or provisional licenses. Basically just to and from work, but Mich. And others did away with that. It was too difficult to monitor, enforce it was grossly abused. The altered registration charge is concerning, but may be a completely separate issue. Note, however, the driving without license charge was listed as first offense in at least last three years.
