@@benpowerhaus Having quad vains means you have extremely low body fat, likely around 7-8%, in your transformation you gained muscle whilst losing fat too. You also think people who are calling you out are just sadkunts or whatever you want to believe, instead of actually defending yourself. Hes 15 so his body will still be developing naturally with weight and natural muscle mass until his early 20s... Hence he gained reasonable muscle mass over a year at that age... No sign of drug use and 2nd photo is on a pump in good lighting... The pictures before 12 r there to make him look worse so the transformation looks more impressive.

1. Determination. 2. The right exercises. 3. Good form (no cheating) in performing exercises. 4. Healthy diet. 5. Rest - to allow muscle repair that provides added size and strength. Good to remember - more haste, less speed! The body needs its own time to adapt, repair and rebuild stronger...sometimes something of a "stop/start" progress. Be patient and persistent - and be proud of what can be achieved.

I think he definitely added supplement to his diet. But i want to do with no protein supplements. Just a lot of food proteins. I'm 2 weeks in with my plan. Wish me luck because it helps.

its really hard to get enough proteins with just food proteins cause its not convenient, you have to eat alot more which is hard when you dont have an appetite

yeah the "before" and "after" stats are definitely fake, Im 17 and my 1RM is 120kg (nothing really too impressive but with good form obv, no spine bending or any of that shit). I have been training balls to the walls with a near perfect diet for a year, albeit with a focus on hypertrophy. There is no way that kid pulls 160kg with those legs, he must have like zero leg drive. Kudos to him though, his physique is pretty good.

I'm 15 and can deadlift 100kg? I am 78kg tho. Need to lose a bit of body weight and gain muscle.
@lil_woody_420

@@antonis5999 well you can get 85kg deadlift at 15 but when you are starting it is it very likely that you can pick up this amount of weight considering the bodytype, also I have to agree with you that a 75kg jump from 85 to 160kg is pretty much impossible with these legs but I could be wrong tho

Ян Киртоака haha yeah mate, when I originally commented on this I had only just started doing muscle ups, but now after a months progress they have become quite easy to pump out correctly in large sets. I guess the difficulty just depends on a lot of factors such as weight, experience, strength, etc, which I did not take into account when I originally said they were difficult XD

It's OK when you were 15 but when you were 16 it changed you look liked 20.....you need to do them when your 18 or 20 plus but I don't think when you're 15 or 16 ignore them if they bully you just be your self
