just a tip I've found to help with doing training on the single parallete, putting weights on the feet makes it much more stable, those dumbbells' you use throughout your video work work great. Figured it put it out there incase u haven't tried it yet.

Bro what is your opinion about my own program and could I train shoulders next day back Shoulders: 50 wall handstand push up 5 sets of tuck Planche hold 50 pseudo push up Back: 5 sets of tuck front hold 30 L sit pull up 20 tuck front pull up Between every set 5 mins rest

I think that the exercise selection might be okay, depending on your level. But I'm not a big fan of totaling the volume for each exercise. This is because you can split those total reps into more sets which technically makes it easier, and it might also be hard to apply progressive overload to this workout over weeks/months. Yvguo has a pretty comprehensive video that includes programming, and I'm sure there's other good ones out there as well. Good luck!
