This inner thighs routine will strengthen the inner thighs and the muscles around the hips. In the end we will be lengthening the inner thigh muscles and work into straddle and pancake. You will also get some calves, core and waist work during this workout. I hope you'll enjoy this routine and feel happier and healthier.
