There are way to many fines in the end pellet production indicating either the raw material is to dry/wet or the die roller clearance to great on the mill, moisture content must be between 9-15% in order to get perfect pellets so each load of raw material needs to be moisture tested and conditioned prior to feeding into the mill, there's also raw material dropping out of your feed auger into your pellet catch bucket which isn't ideal, may need some tape or silicon on those gaps, still loved the video but a little bit of production line tweaking is needed here so that your finished pellets don't require as much fines sieving in your rotary sieve/pellet cooler which I actually love the design of, simple and it works. I have a pellet mill and hammer mill on order from China now so looking forward to making a nice little production line like this.

It depends, I have a sawmill that produces a lot of sawdust for me it wouldn't be any harder than shoveling in sawdust. As a small farm I am always chipping and cutting small brush so it's not too hard

If all processes in production of the pellets were powered by pellet-fired steam devices, would there be a net gain or net loss of pellets??? That is the question

Yummy, looks like some pine was thrown in there. Nothing like that hint of turpentine when cooking over pine. 🙄
