So glad you uploaded another video! I started celexa 10 mg two months ago and felt like shit the first 3 weeks and continued to watch your videos that kept me going so I would finally feel the benefits of the medication. About two weeks ago, I switched to 20 mg celexa. Boy, do I feel so much better. And it's only been two weeks! I may give it a few more weeks and switch to 30 mg, but I'll see. I love watching your videos and they really help. A LOT of people have anxiety, and we have to learn to control it. Thank you for your continuing words of wisdom and advice. Can't wait for the next video.

sometimes you need to get from one minute to the next. or one breath to the next. exercise breaks up anxiety. deep breathing for five minutes. distract yourself. get a drink, go for a walk, take your pet for a walk. its ok to falter a little bit during the day.

Did Citalopram actually help or did you overcome anxiety by yourself e.g stepping out of comfort zones/positive thinking etc?
