Using Bleeds in Adobe InDesign is one of those things that crop up and needs to be created to avoid the dreadful sliver of a white line showing. In this video tutorial we explain the proper process for creating "Bleeds" within an Adobe InDesign document. Bleed is a printing term that refers to graphics or design elements which extend beyond the print edge of your design piece.

In general, bleeds should be at least 1/8 inch or .125 inch and accounts for all sides of the page that allows it.
