Classic Coffee Cake
Ingredients for sponge
Eggs 2
Sugar 200 grams
Milk 64 grams
Yogurt 64 grams
Oil 125 grams
Flour 200 grams
Coffee Instant 10 grams
Baking powder 8 grams
Baking soda 4 grams
Hot water 125 grams
Ingredients for Frosting:
Milk Chocolate 300 grams
Palm Oil 300 grams
Whipy whip Cream 350 grams
Cream Cheese 50 Grams
Coffee Instant 10 grams
Walnuts 50 grams
Method:
Put all the components of the sponge in a bowl and mix well and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes on 160c. Then cool it and cut it and soak it with milk. Melt country chocolate and palm oil for frosting. Add a little bit to the chocolate batter by vaping the vapep cream well. Now put the cream in it. Finally, add a few drops of hot water to the instant coffee, dissolve it well and put it in the batter. Do layering and tapping with it. Then garnish with walnuts by giving texture with naïf and serve.
