I almost bought some hunting property in Southern Missouri about 3 hours from my Illinois home, but every time we went down and looked around there were new beer cans from parties and truck tracks leading in to their party area.... we passed on it. Also i have a friend that always gets farmers to let him hunt their property, but always loses it after a couple of years. He takes, takes, takes but never gives, never offers to do some free work for them to help them out, never offers them more than he is receiving, then he is pissed when they tell him he can't hunt there anymore..... respect and hard work are getting very scarce indeed these days !!!!

You know what's even better..buying the solar spypoint cam, it getting filled with water. They replaced it under warranty then changed the cell system so I would have had to buy another camera. All in the first year of owning a spypoint. I'm useing nothing but $22 tasco cameras now.

Or, when they say yep I will be there to help. Then you make all the plans and spend the money for the equipment to get the work done and they make other plans and lie to you about what they really did. Then they remind you "I like back straps to". My wife and I bought some land about 7 months ago. No trespasser's yet, if I have some,I won't be nice to them. I here ya brother. Good hunting.

Be sure no tress-signs in place, then purple paint under signs . Here in SC trespassing is one things but a marked hunting area with purple paint is poaching pluss trespassing suit loss money spent to build your hunting ground

You really said it all in this. I don’t understand people that can just simply trespass. I have permission to go on the neighbors property to find deer during deer season and I still hate just doing that. I don’t feel as if I’m in the right

Mind saying how big your properties are? Roughly? Would love a breakdown of what you look for when you are buying.

I’ll ask people with land if how much $$ they want for a guided hunt. This way they get a little cash for letting me take an animal.

We have always used our land for family and business deals. You take folks hunting in order to gain access to business. If they can’t benefit you in some way and they aren’t family the answer in no. Follow this and you will go far.

If you didn't spend all of your money on land, you would be able to afford the Ultimate Lithium batteries 😁
