The Wind Spirit opened her bag, and the words I had written, in white, on the air, drifted swiftly into the Wind Spirit’s bag. All this journey was helping me to let go of powerful unhelpful feelings. Thank you, Renee and Sandra! 🎉 A protective space, like a bubble, formed around me towards the end of the journey, and will allow me, I hope, a buffer against those unhelpful feelings. I remembered a friendly spirit, a helper, I had forgotten about. Thank you for this beautiful journey! 💛11:08

This is so amazing... my Spirit recent tapped me a little deeper on to a Shaman's path. I've awoken to a broken body. Unknown illnesses pushed me to the point of failed suicide. Now, at times, I am forced still. Unable physically to move. Until a couple of days ago, I didn't recognize my path... now I get to heal myself by being still. By recovering from a life of thrill seeking and adventure. Of psychiatric conditions forced on me. Of... legal prescribed...opiate use due to pain. I get to lay in my hammock and heal, learn, grow.. BE. Until the Universe see different. Challenge accepted! ✌️😎🤙

Thank you for Shamans Cave and this class. I have a feeling that I am being called, along the Northern European/Heathen path, but I am not sure. I used to have prophetic dreams as a child, many came true, but after telling my father about a plane crash I had "seen" and having it happen....the look my father gave me, I made myself shut that down. I've been diagnosed with ASPD, and have a problem with "why me?", how can I be called?. Looking forward to more classes with both of you. BTW, I'm 61.

Thank you so much Renee and Sandra. The synchronicity of this particular episode at this point in my life is incredible. I was told less than a week ago that the doors would begin opening for me on this path and then somehow led here, learning it was only posted about a week ago too!

I was anticipating this vlog, and I'm enjoying it immensely. When I first saw the title I was disappointed because I thought, 'I don't struggle with unworthiness anymore, so what can I get out of this?' But 9 minutes in- "the unworthiness we feel is a collective projection." Yes, yes, yes!!! Just this week I was booted and blocked from a large shamanism group on Facebook, moderated by a team, but one a prominent person in the shamanic community. I was gracious and longsuffered the insults, the racism, the belittling, the mocking that came my way from one of the mods as I continued to engage in civil and mature discussion about shamanism- contemporary shamanism in particular. Some "indigenous" folks put their 'lineage' above everything else and like to steal power from those who claim a lineage they don't recognize as shamanic. It's a dogmatic and dogged approach to building walls, which really squelches shamanism rather than promotes it. And I know this is about them, and not about me. But it's an unfortunate struggle that many 'white' and/or Westernized shamanic individuals have to contend with- the deification of culture and the exclusion of others on the basis of that. She even used the word "entitlement" towards me as an insult. As if being a shaman has a thing to do with entitlement. But it's a way to try to steal power from someone. It's a way to shoot arrows of unworthiness at someone in hopes they will penetrate and do damage. This brand of shamanism comes from a place of deep and unhealed wounding, a place that seeks to spread the contagion by creating more wounding. But healing is contagious too! As we build our own shamanic practices, experiences, and wisdom- our own lineages- let us be encouraged by one another and confident that we are not alone! #shamanstrong #unity

I recognize and relate to your story share. I have felt the many collective woundings as I’ve endured so many years of my own peaked initiation without physical world support, and moreso, with the persecution and defamation from any persons I sought connection with. Being a Caucasian woman in the states, by simple appearance, only intensifies this programming. No doubt, this manner of work and processing with compassioned recall and hold therein, is a major part of my initiation. Still, I’ve been so tired from the isolation of it all for so many years. I often wonder if this is all there is for me… I feel love and care for what you went through.

I just realized that I bought Sandra’s book in 2014 when I started to learn about shamanism with wonderful therapist/shaman who helped me to changed my life. She , unfortunately, died in 2016 and since that year I tried to find real shaman and be in contact with them. Discovering you two my life is starting again. Thank you for your podcasts! You are saving our lives!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏☀️☀️☀️☀️

It was really really sweet to meet the winds spirits, and also the Egyptian goddess, I did stop the tape a couple times just so that I could have enough time to process what you were saying so I kept the wind with me by kind of whistling along with it and then I would turn my computer back on that’s just a little feedback if you’re interested, Perhaps to leave a little more space with no talking for people to process, but I know everybody journeys at different speeds, anyway much thanks to both of you for a beautiful journey, and thank you also for the talk in the beginning about letting go of self-doubt, and when we were on the journey it was really hard for me to choose which time I let self-doubt stop me from doing what I wanted to do - there were many,So again much thanks to the wind spirits and to both of you
