Guys I was reading out of curiosity to see if someone does self harm and said something and many people said the same thing. I have BPD. I don’t cut myself. I scratch myself until I’ve had a big scratch. The majority have deep, as if someone ripped the upper part. I’ve been able to lower the need dramatically to scratch myself that way with DBT. I have been able to go days and weeks not scratching myself with the intention of self harm. I do sometimes relapse and it happens when I’m not mindful of what I’m doing. As long as your have practice mindfulness completely, you are able to get through it. Search for help. There are many ways in which we can get better. Remember that you are not alone. *sends virtual hug* 💕

Why are we not looking into how to expand this it could literally lead to the extension of human life
@ticalwoodhouse8568
6 жыл бұрын
Because it doesn’t always work like that, some wounds are so bad that your body kicks into overdrive and just patches itself up which leads to scarring! Scarring is the body’s version of quick cement and isn’t the best option but gets the job done. You can’t just regenerate like comics and movies
@ticalwoodhouse8568
6 жыл бұрын
Also as for ‘extension of human life’ I assume you mean the extension of human lifespan, which case it’s already being done but it’s complicated because basically your cells that replace itself have a certain lifespan and degrades itself overtime which leads to aging (Oversimplified) Basically all humans today are fucked because the body is the way it is as it is because of genetics, hence why ‘genetic lottery’ is a term people use because it really can be a lottery and some people are destined to live longer then others. ‘Designer Babies’ is how you can get humans with longer lifespans, excel in certain aspects and can probably look more attractive then normal humans can look but that’s also a thing of the future and is illegal as fuck because it’d involve human experimentation.

Hi, I wana ask white fat layer covering wound what does that means. As my mom has bedsore. As before it was slightly deep but after washing with saline water and putting turmeric powder on it and covering with gauze cover it properly it looks like the spreading stop. It seems white cells are covering the wound.

I came here for one reason, cause lately my cut heal like so dam fast, when I get cuts I just leave it, the blood come out and turn hard within 1 minute, and it pastes the wound, and next day it's completely healed, like that never used to happen, before when I get cut it bleed a lot and the blood didn't harden like now, I wonder if it's cause of something I'm eating that helps me heal faster
