Then it should have been up to the higher ups to NOT allow him on screen when drunk. If any "normal" non-performer showed up to work drunk, disrespectful & embarrassing everyone,... umm.. they'd be FIRED. No excuses. If you have to go to work, leave your personal shit at the door, do your job or tell your boss you can't do the job due to personal issues, but THIS was totally unacceptable at ANY workplace - especially when the higher ups had to fire someone over it & they fired the wrong man. This was the reason I even got 2k14 in the first place. Especially hearing Ric telling stories after he found his son's body. Yeah that's why Ric was drunk if people didn't know.

@michael murillo I was trying to point that out to somebody on another video, with his Bell's palsy he sounds drunk sometimes even when sober. He apparently didn't have that much to drink but the combination of the two make it sound like he did

I thought this was a bunch of fun! Ric was in such a rough spot emotionally and you can tell he was able to let go off his pain for a few hours and have some fun with people he loved! JR definitely didn’t deserve to lose his job over this!

Olallo Delgado I believe the reason was for failing to control Flair. I also think the comments made about Cena being a “hardcore drinker” wasn’t well received.

love the vid. you missed out the subtle part where flair actually said something off mic to mick which i think was him saying he had been missed. then, when mick brought up that naitch hadn't been asked the question and everyone piled on mick for blowing the spot, flair had a go as well (he was hilariously mean to mick throughout it even though i think ric was unaware)

I think it was actually Mick Foley who asked Ric Flair 'Did he forget you?' to which Ric just shrugged his shoulders. I'm fairly certain that Ric Flair was way too wasted to know what was going on up there mate, if Mick hadn't said anything Ric wouldn't even have known.
